A well-established and fast-growing financial planning firm is looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join its national paraplanning function. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified paraplanner seeking long-term career development within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality financial advice. The position is technically focused and offers exposure across a broad range of planning areas including pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting detailed financial analysis and cashflow modelling
• Preparing suitability reports and financial planning documentation
• Supporting advisers with technical research and recommendations
• Using financial planning and back-office systems to model scenarios
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
About you
• Qualified or working towards the CII Level 4 Diploma
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and personal tax
• Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial planning support role
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a regulated environment
Working pattern
• Hybrid working is standard across the business: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• This structure is not flexible, but offers consistency and strong team collaboration
