Job description
My client, a respected London wealth management firm, is looking for a Paraplanner who wants more than churning out suitability reports in a back room. Here, you'll be a genuine technical partner to the Financial Planners — in the room, part of the conversation, and trusted to shape how things are done, not just follow the process.
Day to day, you'll be conducting research and producing high-quality suitability reports, supporting client meetings, and — this is the bit good paraplanners love — actually driving improvements to how the team works. If you spot a better way of doing something, they want to hear it.
What they're looking for:
• Diploma qualified, ideally working towards Chartered (they'll support you on that journey)
• Strong technical knowledge across financial planning
• Comfortable being client facing
• Excellent report writing and a sharp eye for detail
• Proactive and solutions-focused — someone who enjoys collaborating and building real relationships
In return you'll get up to £60k, hybrid working, an excellent benefits package, and — most importantly — an environment where your expertise is valued, your ideas are heard, and progression is genuinely on the table rather than just a line in the advert.
If you're a Paraplanner who's ready for more influence and a clear path forward, I'd love to hear from you. Drop me a line for a completely confidential chat.
