Parking Officer

This position is for a PCN Appeals officer who will mainly be responsible for processing School Street Representations (contravention code 53). This candidate must have: • Knowledge of parking legislation. • Experience of processing representations and appeals. • Experience of meeting targets both qualitative and quantitative • Proven ability to manage and prioritise with minimal intervention, a demanding personal workload. • Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in plain writing. • Proven ability to make sound and appropriate decisions that adhere to the current legislation.
