Temporary Administrator Location: Dereham (Hybrid or Remote Working Available after Training) Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Hours: 18.5 hours a week, flexible can be 2.5 days or 4 or 5 short days Duration: 3 months initially, with potential to extend to 6 months The Role We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to support our team. The role will involve triaging the central email inbox, adding cases to the database, responding to queries via templated emails, and providing administrative support to help the team. Office attendance will be required during the initial training period. Following this, there will be the opportunity for remote-enabled working or hybrid. Key Responsibilities • Receive and triage email enquiries. • Accurately uploading cases onto the database • Support the team with general administrative duties. • Sending acknowledgement letters and standard correspondence using approved templates. • Forwarding information received to the teams • Completing DVLA vehicle checks • Uploading documents, photographs and evidence to case management systems. • Maintaining accurate electronic records. • Supporting performance monitoring and reporting • Maintain confidentiality and handle information securely. About You The ideal candidate will have: • Excellent communication skills. • Previous administration experience. • Strong IT and data processing skills. • Good organisational skills. • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. • Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
