Part-Time Club Administrator Location: Central London (On-site) Salary: £40,000 pro rata | £ hours per week) Hours: 24 hours per week, worked over either 3 full days or 4 shorter days. Flexibility is required for occasional pre-planned evening events. The Role An established private members' club is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Club Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the Club. This varied position combines administration, member communications, website management and event support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role. Responsibilities • Maintain and update the Club website, ensuring all information is accurate and current. • Upload events, notices, menus, bedroom tariffs and member information where appropriate. • Manage website user access, including setting up accounts and resetting passwords. • Produce and distribute member newsletters, event communications and email updates. • Draft and proofread high-quality written communications. • Coordinate and maintain the Club events calendar. • Attend bi-monthly Events Committee meetings and take minutes. • Ensure event information is communicated across the website, noticeboards and member emails. • Monitor and order Club stationery and branded merchandise. • Liaise with suppliers and proofread printed materials. • Provide general administrative support, including HR administration. • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Skills & Experience • Previous administration experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Confident using Microsoft Office and website content management systems. • Experience producing newsletters or member communications is advantageous. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Professional, discreet and service-focused. Desirable • Experience within a private members' club, hospitality or luxury environment. • Knowledge of Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms. • Experience using membership databases or CRM systems.
