Job description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected property company in their search for a part time Property Administrator to join their growing team This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within the property sector. Working in a fast paced environment, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day administration of a busy property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to clients, tenants, and contractors. DAY TO DAY: • Providing administrative support to the Property Management team • Handling incoming enquiries via telephone and email • Maintaining accurate property records and databases • Preparing tenancy documentation and property correspondence • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors • Managing compliance documentation and ensuring records are up to date • Assisting with property inspections and reporting where required • Supporting with invoicing, filing, and general office administration duties WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, lettings, or a customer focused environment • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages • A professional, positive, and proactive approach to work FOR YOU: • Competitive salary package • Supportive and friendly working environment • Opportunities for career progression and professional development • Comprehensive training and ongoing support • Company benefits package If you are a motivated administrator looking to join a thriving property business where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
