Part-Time Residential Property Manager North West London | Office-Based | 20–25 Hours Per Week (Across 5 Days) | £50,000 Pro Rata + Off-Street Parking Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company? Our client is seeking an organised and proactive part time Property Manager to oversee a high-quality residential portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a varied and flexible part-time role. The Role • Manage a portfolio of residential properties • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works • Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors • Manage insurance matters, rent invoicing and arrears • Maintain accurate property records using property management software • Use of MS Packages / PropMan or similar software About You • Previous residential property management experience is essential • Experience managing a property portfolio • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills • Professional, customer-focused and able to manage a busy workload What's on Offer • £50,000 pro rata • 20–25 hours per week worked across 5 days (flexible start and finish times to suit your schedule) • Free off-street parking • Friendly, long-established family business • High-quality residential portfolio • Desirable North West London office location If you're looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility while keeping you involved in a varied and rewarding property management position, we'd love to hear from you.
