Parts Advisor Watford £30,000 – £33,000 OTE Full-Time | Monday–Friday + Saturday Rota Role OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with motor trade parts experience looking to join a professional and fast-paced aftersales team. You will play a key role in supplying parts to the workshop, trade customers, and retail customers while delivering exceptional service and ensuring efficient stock control. Key Responsibilities • Supplying vehicle parts to the workshop and front counter customers • Handling incoming parts enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face • Ordering, booking in, and managing stock levels efficiently • Identifying correct vehicle parts using manufacturer systems • Supporting technicians and service advisors with parts requirements • Maintaining accurate records and invoicing • Assisting with stock checks and department organisation Requirements • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade • Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment • Good organisational and IT skills • Full UK driving licence preferred What’s on Offer • £30,000 – £33,000 OTE • Stable, established dealership environment • Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training • Career progression opportunities within the group • Supportive aftersales team and management structure
