Key Responsibilities: Reception: • Greet and receive all visitors and patients with a positive and professional attitude. • Manage and action requests made by patients via the online booking system. • Process incoming emails promptly. • Answer internal telephone calls, redirecting or dealing with them as necessary. • Assist clinicians during surgeries as required. • Process prescription requests according to practice guidelines. • Handle patient inquiries and schedule new and follow-up appointments. • Communicate test results to patients through appropriate methods. • Assist with the booking of transport for hospital appointments. • Arrange interpreter services when necessary. • Schedule medical examinations and extract notes for medical reports. • Process practice notes daily and take required actions. • Liaise with clinical software and telephone companies regarding system issues.
