PAW/ TMI Developer

We are seeking an experienced contract IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer to join a high-profile transformation programme for a leading organisation based in Leicester. This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for a developer with deep expertise in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and the wider TM1 technology stack. You will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to enhance, optimise and support enterprise planning and forecasting solutions while contributing to ongoing platform improvements and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain TM1/Planning Analytics solutions • Build and enhance cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes • Develop and optimise Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) books, dashboards and reporting solutions • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical resolutions • Support Planning Analytics platform upgrades and enhancements • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems using SQL and ETL processes • Collaborate with Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Perform testing, deployment and production support activities • Ensure best practice development standards and governance are adhered to Essential Skills & Experience • Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 • Strong expertise in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) • Advanced knowledge of: • TurboIntegrator (TI) • Rules and Feeders • Cube and Dimension Design • Security Configuration • Performance Tuning and Optimisation • Strong SQL development experience • Experience supporting TM1/Planning Analytics upgrades and implementations • Proven track record delivering complex planning and forecasting solutions • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desirable Experience • Workday Prism Analytics experience • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) environments • Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) • Agile delivery methodologies • Experience within large enterprise environments What's on Offer • Outside IR35 engagement • Hybrid working model • Long-term programme of work • Opportunity to work on a strategic Planning Analytics transformation • Competitive day rate If you are a TM1/Planning Analytics Developer with strong PAW development expertise and a background in delivering complex enterprise planning solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
