Key Responsibilities • Support the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions. • Call existing business customers to identify which Payment Solutions could best support their operations. • Cross-sell, up-sell, and implement solutions within the Business Payments (SME) market to achieve challenging goals and objectives. • Actively sell the full range of Barclaycard Payment solutions in a quality manner, ensuring all key processes are followed. • Assist in progressing customer applications within new businesses. • Answer questions accurately and professionally, listening to develop rapport with clients and taking all necessary action to resolve enquiries. • Provide the highest levels of customer service, handling any issues to agreed service levels. • Accept full accountability for governance and compliance. • Participate in additional activities to support the management team, such as analysis and focus groups.
