What the day will look like This role sits within Aon’s Chief Administrative Strategy team and plays a key part in delivering initiatives that support colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and people risk management across a global environment. Responsibilities will include: • Leading and delivering projects impacting the experience of all colleagues across the firm, taking ownership of planning, coordination and execution • Partnering with colleagues across a global, matrixed environment to drive progress against strategic priorities • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support effective communication and delivery • Contributing to global People initiatives and leading development programmes that enhance organisational capability • Supporting listening strategies, including survey delivery, analysis of feedback and tracking of actions and outcomes How this opportunity is different This role provides broad exposure across Aon, offering the chance to work across multiple disciplines and projects in a global environment.
