Job description

A successful and growing retail business is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join its digital marketing team. This role will support the delivery, optimisation, and reporting of paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. Working closely with experienced performance marketing specialists, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and online revenue growth through the effective management of paid search campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Support the setup, management, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads. • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve results. • Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to maximise campaign effectiveness. • Assist with bid management, budget pacing, and spend monitoring. • Produce regular campaign reports and maintain performance dashboards. • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, tagging, and URL implementation. • Support testing and optimisation initiatives to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. • Manage creative assets and campaign updates across digital marketing platforms. • Carry out competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities. • Maintain campaign documentation, processes, and best practice guides. • Support seasonal trading activity, promotional campaigns, and peak trading periods. • Stay up to date with PPC, digital marketing, and e-commerce trends and platform developments. What we need from you: • A minimum of 2 years experience in PPC, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing role. • Hands-on experience working with Google Ads campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on campaign performance data. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Experience monitoring campaign budgets and performance metrics. • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
