About Us AIMS Accountants for Business is one of the UK’s largest networks of independent accountancy practices, supporting SMEs across the country. Marketing sits at the heart of what we do — driving lead generation, visibility, and growth across almost 200 locations nationwide. The Role We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity across both national campaigns and local franchise growth. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing and optimising performance across multiple channels, working closely with both Head Office and individual franchisees. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing is data-driven, scalable, and delivering measurable results across the entire AIMS network. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimise Google Ads (PPC), SEO and paid social campaigns • Drive lead generation performance across the AIMS network • Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, CPL, conversions) • Support and advise franchisees on local marketing strategy and activity • Deliver targeted campaigns at both national and local level • Monitor and optimise the AIMS website and digital presence • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and messaging • Work across a range of channels including email, social media, and digital campaigns • Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role • Strong knowledge of: • Google Ads (PPC) • SEO • Campaign tracking and analytics tools • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support non-marketing stakeholders • Highly organised and proactive approach to workload Desirable: • Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business model • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking • Experience across both B2B marketing and local marketing campaigns What We Offer • Competitive salary • Head Office in Ashford • Opportunity to work across a national brand with local impact • A varied role with real ownership and autonomy • Ongoing development and progression opportunities Why Join AIMS?
