This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal injury litigator to handle a high quality caseload within a thriving and supportive team. The Role You will take ownership of a varied caseload of claimant Occupier's Liability and Public Liability claims, managing matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The caseload will include a mix of fast track and multi-track claims, offering a strong variety of complexity. About You You will be an experienced Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a strong background handling personal injury claims including portal matters.
