Profile A successful Pharmacist Manager should have: • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and experience leading and managing a pharmacy team. • Previous experience within a community pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or similar customer-facing healthcare environment. • A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals. • The ability to support business growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and service excellence. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of healthcare services. • Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team through training, mentoring, and performance management.
