Key Responsibilities: • Collect blood samples from patients as requested by the clinical team. • Adhere to all relevant NHS and surgery protocols, including specimen handling and infection control. • Ensure safe use and maintenance of phlebotomy equipment. • Provide compassionate, patient-focused care during all interactions. • Support the wider clinical and reception teams as required. • Participate in training, audits, and personal development activities.
