Job description

Your new company We are recruiting for an organised, detail-focused and proactive administrator to support the effective coordination of professional placements across a portfolio of programmes. This is a varied administrative role where you will work closely with internal teams, staff and external stakeholders to ensure placements are planned, allocated and managed smoothly. Your new role In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records across relevant systems, supporting placement allocation processes, completing compliance checks, responding to enquiries and helping to resolve placement-related issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also liaise regularly with stakeholders by email, phone and face to face, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of service throughout. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy administrative environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines. You will be confident using digital systems to manage data and records, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work well as part of a team and provide a professional service to staff and external contacts.
