Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification which will provide further information on this role To work as a Plumber / Mechanical fitter as part of a team in the maintenance of building, carpentry and electrical services in healthcare properties. This will involve working in a wide range of healthcare and associated premises in both new and existing buildings. You will work flexibly, using your own initiative and with the minimum of supervision. For the majority of your day you will be working on your own although there will be a requirement to work with Installs, maintains, services and repairs a range of equipment used within their trade Maintains equipment, fabric, utility services of Trust properties as per their trade other trades from time to time. A full driving licence is an essential requirement due to the geographical area covered. The Estates Department is a multi-disciplinary department employing approximately 26 staff including a team of directly employed maintenance staff of various disciplines.
