PMO Manager - Technology Transformation Hybrid working 1-2 days per week in office | Initial 9 month contract | Inside IR35 We're partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a major technology transformation and are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to play a key role in driving programme governance, reporting and delivery assurance across a complex change portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity for a PMO professional who has successfully operated within large-scale technology programmes and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, evolving environments. Key responsibilities: • Lead programme governance, controls and delivery assurance activities • Own executive reporting, dashboards and steering committee materials • Drive RAID management, planning, dependency tracking and milestone delivery • Partner with Programme Directors and senior business leaders to support successful outcomes • Support resource planning, financial tracking and programme performance reporting • Embed best practice and continuous improvement across the PMO function We're looking for: • Proven PMO Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programmes • Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management expertise • Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programmes in global environments • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme where you'll have real visibility, influence and ownership, helping shape delivery across a critical strategic initiative.
