Job description

PMO Project Manager Contract Dublin 6-18 Months. My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented PMO Project Manager to join them on a contact basis for 6 months extendable up to 18-24 months. This role provides on-site Program Management Office (PMO) support for the new team, which has a significant presence in Dublin.The team supports financial governance, change governance, programme and project governance, workforce management, and portfolio-level reporting for management and executive stakeholders.The successful candidate will support core PMO activities across governance, reporting, financial management, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong organisational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones. Successful candidates previous experience working in a Project Management Office or PMO role supporting a large programme. You will have experience using industry or in-house tools to manage financials, programme and project reporting, governance, and workforce management.Previous experience working in a highly regulated, globally distributed environment, preferably within banking or financial services. Candidates will have experience supporting technology teams or technology delivery portfolios. You will have the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and demanding business users.Strong attention to accuracy, detail, and consistency.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.Strong technical capability across the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and SharePoint.
