Job Title: Portfolio PMO Analyst Contract Length: 6 Months rolling Daily Rate: Location: Dublin Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week as standard. As we embark on a transformative journey, we are seeking a skilled Portfolio PMO to join our dynamic team for an ongoing contract. Role Overview: As a Portfolio PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Management Office. You will be responsible for analysing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving governance processes to enhance project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with project managers to track and report on portfolio performance. • Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reporting tools. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate insights effectively. • Support the implementation of PMO best practises and methodologies. Experience Required: • Proven experience as a PMO or Portfolio Analyst role in the banking or regulated sector. • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation. • Proficient in PMO tools and project management software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills used to working with senior stakeholders. • Technically minded and helped support technical programmes • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
