Practice Manager

The Role As Practice Manager, you will ensure the vision and values of Springfield Medical Practice are realised through effective and efficient management of our team and resources. You will lead on the strategic direction of the practice as well as its day-to-day operational, financial and human resource management, working closely with the Partners to achieve their objectives. We are looking for a self-starting individual who thrives with creative responsibility someone with strong strategic planning skills, proven experience of leading a team, and a track record in business development. This experience doesn't necessarily need to come from healthcare; strong transferable skills from other sectors are equally welcome. This is a full-time role which will be within our core opening hours of 8am6.30pm, with flexibility required. We undertake extended access with within our PCN. We know flexibility works both ways, and this will be reciprocated.
