Job DescriptionPre Tenancy Coordinator We are looking to recruit a Pre Tenancy Coordinator for our London offices. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. Trusted for Generations, we have specialised in letting residential property in London and South of England for more than 150 years. About the role: The successful Pre Tenancy Coordinator will be responsible for: • Manage high volumes of work to ensure smooth scaling of workload. • The smooth running of all lettings administration duties. • Carry out due diligence checks on clients and tenants and other relevant persons prior to the start of the tenancy. • Arrange pre tenancy jobs such as; cleans and check ins. • Work to tight deadlines to move in tenants while under pressure. • Maintain the property register and window displays. • The ability to understand the importance of legal compliance within the industry. • Liaising with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, accounts to ensure all lets commence and conclude effectively. • Providing support to a busy team. • General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and stationary orders. Skills and experience: The successful Pre Tenancy Coordinator will have the following attributes: • Previous experience within an administrative setting. • Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone. • The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
