Premises Officer (Full-Time)Location: Lewisham, South East London Hours: Full-Time, 5 Days per Week We are seeking an experienced and proactive Premises Officer to join our welcoming and supportive school community in Lewisham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong knowledge of school premises management who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented learning environment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent practical and organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of health and safety requirements. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the school site is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained. • Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and site inspections. • Oversee health and safety compliance across the premises. • Manage contractors and support planned maintenance projects. • Prepare rooms and facilities for school events and activities. • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies. • Support the day-to-day operational needs of the school site.
