What we're looking for • 5+ years in analytics, ideally in eCommerce or marketplace environments • Strong SQL skills — comfortable querying raw data in a cloud environment • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or Looker) • Solid experiment design skills — A/B, multivariate, incrementally testing • Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field • Strong stakeholder management — able to present findings clearly in trade and senior business meetings • Excellent reporting skills — translating complex data into actionable commercial insight Desirable • Python or R experience Why this role?
