We are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and enthusiastic Unqualified Class Teacher to join our supportive Upper KS2 team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our oldest primary pupils, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning while preparing them for the next stage of their education. The Role As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in delivering engaging learning experiences and supporting pupils' personal development. You'll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every child can succeed. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and delivering tailored learning activities for individuals and small groups • Leading lessons when required to ensure continuity of learning • Supporting pupils with a range of educational, emotional, and behavioural needs • Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback • Contributing to personalised support plans and interventions • Using positive behaviour management strategies to motivate and engage learners • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues About You We're looking for someone who brings energy, commitment, and compassion to the role. You will: Have HLTA status or equivalent experience Be confident leading learning and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills with a calm and resilient approach Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model Be passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and supporting pupil wellbeing Why Join Us?
