Primary School Administrator

Your new company A very busy Primary School based in South Birmingham, B29 is looking for an experienced Primary School Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am-4pm. The role is to start in September on an ongoing basis. Your new role The role will be working in a very busy office to provide administration and reception support. The role will be providing support such as inputting data into Arbour and ParentPay. You will also be expected to cover a very busy reception when required. Therefore, you must have strong IT skills. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up-to-date DBS check. The school can't accept any applicants without this.
