Primary School Site Supervisor

Primary School Caretaker - Stockport Full-Time | Split Shift | ASAP Start Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Primary School Caretaker to join a welcoming primary school in Stockport. This is a full-time, split shift position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school environment, ensuring the site is ready for staff, pupils, and visitors each day. The ideal candidate will have: • Previous experience working as a School Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or in a similar facilities role. • Knowledge of general maintenance, health and safety, and site security. • The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. • A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work. The role includes: • Opening and closing the school site. • Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs. • Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and clean. • Monitoring contractors and reporting maintenance issues. • Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the school.
