Guaranteed Supply Teachers Needed – Flexible Primary Roles
Location: Stroud & surrounding areas
Job Type: Guaranteed Supply Contract (Primary)
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (typically Monday–Friday, depending on school)
Pay: £125 – £271 per day (depending on experience)
Reed Education is seeking reliable, adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join a supportive cluster of welcoming schools across Stroud and the surrounding areas under a Guaranteed Pay Supply Contract.

The Role
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
• Create and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Adapt your teaching to suit different schools and age groups
• Support pupil learning and uphold high behaviour standards
• Follow all school policies, including safeguarding procedures
• Provide clear feedback at the end of each day
• Represent Reed Education professionally in every placement
What We’re Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – support available)
