Primary School Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Opportunity (September 2026 – July 2027) Slough £95 - £120 per day depending upon experience and feedback from trial day! Reed Education are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary academy in Slough for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term position, working five days per week throughout the 2026/27 academic year, supporting pupils with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional needs. • Support children with a range of SEND, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and learning difficulties. • Work closely with class teachers, SEND professionals and parents. • Deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
