Private Client Solicitor / Senior Solicitor / Associate • Location: Bishopbriggs • Job Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) • Salary: Competitive My client is currently seeking a dedicated Private Client Senior Solicitor, or Associate to join their dynamic team in Bishopbriggs. This role involves managing a complex caseload including wills, Powers of Attorney (POAs), and executries. It offers excellent opportunities for growth and the chance to significantly impact the local community and clientele. Day-to-day of the role: • Handle a comprehensive caseload of wills, POAs, and executries, ensuring all legal documents are accurately prepared and processed. • Occasionally lead the office in the absence of the Partner, overseeing daily operations and decision-making. • Contribute to business development efforts, helping to expand the firm's reach and strengthen client relationships. • Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. • Work within a busy, friendly team with administrative support available to assist with caseload management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in private client services, particularly in handling wills, POAs, and executries. • Ability to lead and manage an office in the absence of senior management. • Strong commitment to business development and growth within the private client sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues. • Ability to mentor and support junior staff members. • Proficiency in managing a diverse and complex workload effectively.
