Private Client Solicitor | Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Brighton, Sussex ( Hybrid Working ) A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team in a newly created role driven by continued department growth. You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Strong drafting skills and a professional, empathetic, client-focused approach are essential, particularly when supporting elderly and vulnerable clients. Experience of Court of Protection work would be advantageous but is not essential.
