Private Client Solicitor • Job Type: Full-time (Part Time Also Considered) • Salary: £55,000-£85,000 • Location: Surrey Village (Office-based with occasional home working flexibility) • Experience: Minimum of 3 years PQE We are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our busy and growing team in the heart of a community we have proudly served for 100 years. We spend no money on advertising or marketing due to our outstanding reputation in the area, hence the need to expand our growing team once again! Day to day of the role: • Manage a caseload involving powers of attorney, deputyships, and other Court of Protection matters. • Assist incapacitated or vulnerable clients in managing their affairs. • Draft and execute wills and administer estates. • Provide expert legal advice to clients on private client matters. • Maintain high standards of client care and service. • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client service. Required Skills & Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law. • Degree of 2:1+ (Ideally in Law) • Strong experience with powers of attorney, deputyships, and Court of Protection matters. • Proven track record of managing the affairs of incapacitated or vulnerable clients. • Competence in wills drafting and estate administration. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
