This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and collaborative Private Client team in Stamford, working on high-value and complex matters. About the Role You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: • Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assets • Succession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issues • Drafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documents • Advising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their families • Handling Court of Protection matters and supporting clients with long-term care planning This role offers exposure across the full spectrum of private client work, with opportunities to develop your expertise.
