The Role You will handle a broad range of private client matters including complex wills, estate planning, probate, trusts, tax planning, and succession matters for high net worth individuals, families, and business owners. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and will be encouraged to contribute strategically to the continued expansion and development of the team. The Candidate The firm is looking for a confident and technically strong Private Client Solicitor with solid experience handling a broad non contentious private client caseload. You should be commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable building strong relationships with clients and referrers alike. A genuine ambition to help drive growth and contribute to the long term success of the department is key. The ideal candidate will enjoy working collaboratively while also being capable of operating autonomously and taking ownership of matters. STEP qualification or progress towards qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
