Private Client Solicitor Are you a private client Solicitor/Legal Executive or STEP Qualified Practitioner seeking a full-or-part-time role in Malvern with a small, local, friendly and supportive law firm. The firm offers on-site parking, good quality local work and has two roles available a full-time role for succession planning and an added expansion role of a 2-3 day a week. About the Firm Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Malvern, led by three Partners who are committed to delivering excellent client service while maintaining a supportive and friendly working environment. Due to a combination of expansion and planned retirement within the Private Client team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client solicitor/Practitioner to join the firm. The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to inherit a strong and consistent caseload and play a key role in the future development of the firm's Private Client department. The successful candidate will take responsibility for an established client base. The firm is open to considering qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP-qualified practitioners and experienced Private Client fee earners with a proven track record. Key Responsibilities • Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters • Advising clients on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration • Providing advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters • Advising on Trusts and Estate Planning • Delivering high-quality client care and building long-term client relationships • Managing files efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements • Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Private Client department • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm Your Requirements Applications are welcomed from: • Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP-qualified practitioners or experienced Private Client fee earners • Individuals with substantial experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters • Practitioners who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision • Candidates with excellent client care and communication skills • Individuals who are organised, commercially aware and committed to delivering high standards of service What's on Offer? • Hybrid working arrangements available • Flexible working hours, including consideration of school-hour arrangements • Office closure between Christmas and New Year • Free onsite parking • Secretarial support from an experienced team • Modern paper-light working environment • LEAP case management system • Strong existing caseload • Supportive and friendly culture • Genuine opportunities for long-term career progression Additional Part-Time Opportunity The firm is also seeking a Part-Time Private Client Practitioner to work 2–3 days per week.
