Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week; fully remote Location: Reading / remote My client is currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor to join the team for 3 days per week on a fully remote basis. To be considered for the role you will need to have: • Expereince working as a Private Client Solicitor • Capability to manage a full caseload. • Be able to advise on Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax. • Conducting client meetings and delivering clear, tailored legal advice. • Drafting Wills, LPAs, Trust Deeds, Probate documents and IHT forms with accuracy. • Working with elderly and vulnerable clients with empathy and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work part time on a permanent basis, whilst also having the opportunity to increase your hours later on.
