About our client
Our client is a globally recognised sovereign investment firm with a long-term mandate and a multi-asset investment strategy. With a presence in major financial centres, the firm invests across public and private markets - including private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate. Known for its disciplined, research-driven approach and strong global partnerships, the organisation operates with a collaborative culture and a focus on fundamental value creation across market cycles.
To support the continued expansion of its private credit platform, our client is looking to hire an Associate and / or Assistant Vice President into its high-performing London-based team. The private credit group focuses on a broad range of strategies, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, and special situations, primarily across developed markets. What the job involves

• Lead due diligence, build financial models, and screen investment ideas
• Present and discuss potential deals with internal teams
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the investment process
• Have exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to portfolio oversight
Who we are looking for
• Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leading investment bank's M&A or leveraged finance team, a specialist restructuring or debt advisory firm, or a credit investment firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, team-oriented environment
• A strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree being the minimum requirement
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
