Responsibilities • Play a key role in the launch, structuring and distribution of private markets products across a global platform. • Advise on a broad range of private funds, alternative investment and asset management matters in a highly commercial environment. • Partner directly with business, product and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives, new offerings and international growth projects. • Gain exposure to complex cross-border matters while working alongside experienced lawyers and senior stakeholders across the organisation. • Help shape the legal infrastructure supporting a rapidly expanding global business operating at the forefront of private markets. About You • Qualified lawyer in the UK (England & Wales), Luxembourg or the US. • 1-5 years' PQE. • Experience across private funds, asset management or alternative investments gained in private practice and/or in-house. • Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. • Enthusiastic about the continued growth of private markets and the increasing adoption of alternative investments across institutional and wealth channels.
