Procurement Administrator (3 Month Contract) Looking for Your Next Procurement Opportunity? Day-to-Day of the role: • Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently. • Maintaining supplier records and procurement databases. • Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding orders and queries. • Managing procurement documentation and contract records. • Supporting invoice reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Producing reports and assisting with procurement-related administration. • Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
