Procurement & Contracts Manager Hybrid Working | Excellent Benefits | Career Development Opportunities An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to join a large and growing public sector organisation. This role will be responsible for leading compliant procurement activity across multiple sites, ensuring value for money, regulatory compliance, and effective contract management. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end procurement exercises, including regulated tender processes and framework call-offs. • Manage procurement projects from planning through to contract award. • Maintain and oversee the procurement pipeline. • Provide expert advice on compliant procurement routes and best practice. • Support stakeholders with sourcing, tendering, and contract management activities. • Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and internal governance requirements. You will have: • CIPS Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum. • At least 5 years' procurement experience within a public sector environment. • Strong experience delivering regulated tenders and framework-based procurements. • Good knowledge of public procurement legislation and best practice. • Contract management experience. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong analytical and IT skills. • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
