This role will be responsible for leading compliant procurement activity across multiple sites, ensuring value for money, regulatory compliance, and effective contract management. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end procurement exercises, including regulated tender processes and framework call-offs. • Manage procurement projects from planning through to contract award. • Maintain and oversee the procurement pipeline. • Provide expert advice on compliant procurement routes and best practice. • Support stakeholders with sourcing, tendering, and contract management activities. • Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and internal governance requirements. You will have: • CIPS Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum. • At least 5 years' procurement experience within a public sector environment. • Strong experience delivering regulated tenders and framework-based procurements. • Good knowledge of public procurement legislation and best practice. • Contract management experience. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong analytical and IT skills. • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
