What's in it for you?You'll enjoy: • Monthly profit share bonus scheme • Holiday buy-back scheme • Company sick pay • Free onsite parking • Complimentary birthday vouchers • Subsidised workplace massages • Free lunch every Friday • Company social and corporate events • 'Tuck shop' snacks Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Product Data Lead, in Poole, Dorset you will: • Own and develop the organisation's product data strategy, standards, and governance framework • Manage the complete product data lifecycle from creation through to retirement • Design and maintain scalable product information structures across ERP and PIM systems • Partner with Category Managers to ensure accurate product attributes, classifications, and compliance data • Support Procurement with product onboarding, supplier data management, and pricing updates • Act as the functional lead for ERP and PIM platforms • Oversee product data integrations and continuous system improvements • Monitor data quality, turnaround times, backlog management, and SLA compliance • Drive process improvements and workflow automation initiatives What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with: • Proven experience in product data management, master data, or PIM environments • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and data governance • Advanced experience using ERP, CRM, and PIM systems • Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail • Experience defining standards, processes, and governance frameworks • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience within FMCG, wholesale distribution, procurement, or a related sector would be advantageous If you're looking for your next challenge as a Product Data Lead, in Poole, Dorset we'd love to hear from you.
