In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as Quality Checks. On top of this, you will also be responsible for the development and implementation of Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) procedures. Finally, you will be seen as the technical point of contact for both customers and internal teams. The ideal Production Engineer/Manager or similar will come from a background within the Manufacturing/Aerospace/Defence sector or a related field, having prior practical experience within a Production Engineer/Manager role or a similar position. In addition, you will also hold a Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering. On top of this, you will be computer literate, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office software's. Finally, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
