Key Skills • Experience in Production/Manufacturing • Supervisory/Management Knowledge • Lean Manufacturing The Role As Production Manager, you’ll: • Lead and manage the production team to achieve site objectives and performance targets. • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legislative requirements. • Deliver operational excellence by meeting KPIs, quality standards, and customer delivery expectations. • Organise staffing levels in line with production forecasts and budget requirements. • Monitor and report performance metrics including productivity, quality, and OTIF. • Coach, motivate, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. • Coordinate with internal departments to support production targets and resolve issues. • Manage production plans, stock levels, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
