Job description

Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, our client is looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Operative to join their busy and creative production team in Egham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making things, working with a variety of materials, and seeing projects come to life. From eye-catching bespoke branded displays, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products that make an impact. You will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of a diverse range of bespoke pieces. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of materials, tools, and production techniques. Your responsibilities will include: • Manufacturing and assembling a broad range of signage products to the highest standards. • Working with materials such as aluminium, acrylic, PVC, timber, steel, and composite panels. • Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively. • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions. • Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets customer expectations. • Packing and preparing completed projects for dispatch. • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment. • Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting colleagues where needed.
