HR Business Partner Location: Egham | Contract Type: Temporary Are you ready to make a real impact in the education sector? What You'll Do: As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning their people strategy with our educational goals. You will be the go-to expert for all things HR, providing guidance and support to our leadership team and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission. • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives. • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent. • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements. • Lead training and development programmes that empower our staff to excel. What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the education sector. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practises. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you should be a people person! • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude. • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
