Production / Quality Operative

Our longstanding client is a leading manufacturing facility, based in the Deeside area. They are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals to support their team and warehouse operations. The client is looking to add 4 new members of staff, joining their busy, fast-paced production environment. **MUST HAVE FAST PACED PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE** • Following both days and nights, we can make some allowances. • If you ideally only want Days or nights, this can be accommodated Shift patterns are • Days 7am-7pm • Nights, 7pm-7am with extra shifts available on your days off, if required, paid at a premium ****They are going to be training staff immediately**** The ideal candidate will have:- • Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, machine minding or QI background would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of manual handling and similar health and safety procedures. • Part of the role will require you to inspect products as they come off the line, and bag them up for dispatch. • Another part of the role will be to quality-inspect parts that come off the line, record defects in the store's system using the computer, and support rework. • There is no heavy lifting, though the work is highly repetitive and fast-paced, and you are given 3 breaks a day 20/30/20mins. Facilities • This is a great environment where you are treated as part of the team and given a uniform, safety equipment, and a locker. • They have great canteen facilities that you can use throughout the day. • This role has the potential for being a long-term position for the right candidates.
