Project Controller

The role would particularly suit an individual with experience working within an engineering or project-based environment, where you have developed a strong understanding of processes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration The key finance person will be responsible for the accuracy of Internal Project costings (ERP's) and project cash reporting This position is responsible for delivering the following Complete Financial Reviews of internal project costings ( ERP's) presented at milestones Validate ERP's prepared for Budget/ Strat Plan. Prepare ERP presentations for budget and Strat Plan Reconcile ERP's to SAP accounting system Monitor project investment spend v sales Track and account for all customer Development and Tooling payments received Track and account for all supplier Tooling payments paid Complete actual and forecast cash flow statements on a monthly basis Complete documentation and participate in Cash In and Cash Out Meetings with Region Upload milestone ERP's in division system Support Project Manager/ Project team with any adhoc financial requests Hourly rates support to the plant Monitoring financial impact of Engineering changes Review of GRNI and orders to be receipted on SAP Assist accounts department with any project purchase invoice issues Competencies Accounting qualification to at least AAT level (or equivalent) and preferably be training for further accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Competent excel user Experience of ERP system preferably SAP Personal skills required - Confident and succinct communicator and a person who can demonstrate a high level of persistence The business offers an excellent benefits package plus 2 days working from home Greenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
