Job description

Role: Project Coordinator Salary: £30k plus benefits Location: Essex Reference: VR/05403 Join a growing creative production business where no two days are the same. Our client, a fast-growing large format print, graphics, and design specialist based in Essex, is seeking a Project Coordinator for Large Format Print & Design (Exhibitions and Events) to support their busy Project Management team. If you’re highly organised, enjoy working with systems and data, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative setting — this could be the perfect opportunity to take your next career step. About the Role: As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring every project runs smoothly — from quotes and planning through to production and installation. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll keep project information accurate, manage workflows, and support the delivery of high-quality work for major clients in the events and exhibitions industry. This is a hands-on, developmental role offering structured progression into Project Management, including training on RAMS, method statements, and quoting systems. Key Responsibilities: • Keep project data, documentation, and systems up to date and accurate. • Support quoting, coordination, and change control activities. • Perform quality checks before projects move into production or on-site delivery. • Assist with health & safety documentation, including RAMS and method statements. • Act as a communication link between internal teams — design, production, and logistics. About You: • Exceptionally organised and detail oriented. • Strong IT skills; experience with Smartsheet is a plus. • Confident handling structured data, spreadsheets, and project documentation. • Professional communication style and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Interested in developing a long-term career in project management. What’s on Offer: • £30,000 + excellent benefits package. • Full training on Smartsheet, quoting systems, and project workflows. • Ongoing development with a clear path to Project Manager level. • A creative, fast-paced environment where teamwork and growth are encouraged. • If you’re meticulous, motivated, and ready to build a career in project coordination, we’d love to hear from you.
